I figure we ought to start gathering ideas for a spring meet so we can get time off etc and get as many people out as possible. We need to decide if we wanna grill some place, go for a cruise etc. We also wanna decide if we want to get together with the Z crew.

I just wanna hear some ideas from you all before starting any threads or anything.

Well you can't have a first meet of the season and not cruise! And if we're cruisin, we might as well find a place to grub. Where and where-I don't really care. When are we thinking? March can still sometimes be dicey on weather. I think the first Cars and Coffee is in April...that might be something to consider...Meet, eat, then cruise???

 

^Good ideas. Maybe meet some place central, but with lots of parking?

 

im a new G owner and im very interested in hooking up with you local guys to see what youve done and maybe get a few ideas, chat, and hangout... I am eager to to find out when the meet is

I'll be a designated rider with someone..lol. I won't have the new whip by then. Close on the house in 1 month!

As for the "first meet of the year"...you should do it up as a "meet and greet". Seems to me that there's a few new faces on the thread so it'd be cool prob to just chill and grill out for a day.

Not to mention..of some of the n00bs are fresh G owners...mayyy not want to test their driving skills quite yet ;-) We all know what happens when we do that!! haha

I agree... the first cars n coffee sounds good to me. That way it'll be later in april after one or two good rain falls to wash the streets. We can meet up at that Cubfoods (or taget can't remember, where i met up with mike and peng!) and then go to CnC, meet the new faces, and then we can go for a short easy cruise to eat at a place or grill!!! Thats my two cents

Works for me! I like the sound of this plan. I might be rocking the 17s till may though. My mom is probably gonna be driving my car in April and i'd rather not have her driving with my expensive wheels (even though she is quite careful) I'll stay out of C N C this year. My car isnt special enough

 

Okay, okay, I will try to make this one... I PROMISE! And uhh, no crazy twisties for me until I get some better tires and the car lowered.
