No prob man...I haven't had photoshop for like 3 years now so I've never been able to play around with ideas until now. Version 12 CS5 is Pretty nice though. That motion blur effect I did on my car turned out pretty good too-I even got radial blur to simulate the tires spinning 
I've wanted to get rolling shots of my car for the longest time but I guess I can just simulate it too now lol.
As for your car, as long as the LEDs light up as rings as well within the red, I think they match pretty nice with the rest of your setup.

The motion blur effect is really cool. Your car looks great. Yeah, the LED rings would light up as normal, just the areas around that would be darkened. Like this:http://members.***.net/mnjato/stz9.JPG
Its being put on my jared with the I30T. I really don't think ANY of them care what your car looks like lol I'd totally go, but ill be coming back from Duluth then i gotta go back to school. It is a fun time to just get together.
I might try that in the future but didn't have the money at the moment to get all the high quality led's and parts I wanted so I decided to wait, I think my next mod will be coilovers I can't stand how high this car is.
