Haha well I used to partake in Porsche Club events of 50+ Porsches, so I may have above average expectations (also gives me ideas on specific things we can do). But I definitely would like to get a more active Indiana G Club. Also, I am usually free during the weekdays and most weekends, especially over the summer.

 

The sedan is still under the knife for some upgrades but I would love to bring it out if the weather is decent soon. I have plans (and work) this coming Saturday so that may be out of the question. Some night (like Friday, Saturday or Sunday) I would be able to meet up for sure. Just the morning things kill me because of work. I live on the north east side, FYI. Any ways, hope to see some of you guys out and about.

 

This week's weather suck. However it appears that the weather will be a little decent on Wednesday MAY 11th. afternoon? evening? we welcome suggestions

I don't know about you guys, but I flash my brights and wave to fellow coupe/sedan(sometimes) drivers if I see them on the road.

 

Yeah the G wave.. used to do it all the time until I realized how many didn't wave back around here...

 

We could meet downtown at the Arby's right off of Meridian--Large area to park and could cruise over to Greenwood where they have a drive in! Looking to get together with other G's --tried to post pics but unable.

 

@hamzafraj I know how that is though, most coupes understand and will wave back if they see you.. hey if its a red G35 coupe and they wave its probably me! Hmmm maybe waving at other Gs could be a sort of club type thing that sets us apart from normal drivers?

@cmeb4decay That sounds like a great idea, three things to consider though.
1. What movie would we see? (I and many others have probably already seen the new Fast and Furious)
2. When specifically? (Let's get this planned)
3. Who all can we get to come? (The more, the merrier!)

Ah Thor does look pretty good, and IMAX is sweet. I'll go on Wednesday if we can get some more interest.

Meeting up on a weekday is almost impossible for me, at least in the "G". Once the weather gets and stays nice, good turnout will follow....

 

Yes my windows have been tinted! What a drastic improvement!
