Denver area CONOC event Dec 4th car show/toy drive

CONOC is teaming up with Metrodubs and is hosting a charity toy drive for the Children's Hospital. I thought it would be a good time to also have a G meet up as well. Even if you can't bring anything to the toy drive it would still be cool to represent the G community there as well. Here is the post over on CONOC and link to the thread:

http://www.conoc.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7344
Alright guys & gals! For the December M&G we are going to team up with Metrodubs for a car meet/toy drive to benefit the Children's Hospital. It will be on Sunday December 4th at 11am at Fun City (AKA: Mr Biggs, Fat City, FunPlex) in Littleton. Bring a toy! Don't forget all the things to do indoors as well. Bowling, laser tag, arcade games, ball castle, mini golf, food and drink. At a reasonable price! Here is the Facebook Invite.

What: Toy Drive/Car Meet
When: Sunday, December 4th at 11am
Where: Fun City 9670 West Coal Mine Avenue Littleton, CO 80123

Below is the information:

This year marks the return of Dub’Cember, Euro Car GTG and Toy Drive! Since 2005 Dub’Cember has been the biggest and only true Euro car enthusiast’s toy drive to benefit the Children’s Hospital. This event started in a parking lot, and we found out it needed to be relocated in 2006 due to the support and amount of enthusiasts that attended in 2005.

In 2006 Fat City in Littleton became the new location of Dub’Cember. Fat City offered food, bowling arcade and many other indoor activates to add to the lure of helping the less fortunate children in need. 2007 was also at Fat City and proved to be a great venue for this event that was growing in size each year. In 2008, Fat City was under new ownership and was renamed to Mr. Biggs and for the next two years proved to be the best location for this event. Even with a snowy and cold Sunday afternoon in 2009; however that did not stop us from collecting the largest load of toys to date.

Well, now the FunPlex is yet again under new ownership and is called Fun City! We are proud to announce that Dub’Cember and Fun City have teamed up! Sunday December 4th, starting at 11am; join the MetroDubs crew and any automobile enthusiasts in helping the Children’s Hospital collect toys and give hope and enjoyment to the children in need.

Don't worry if you can't bring anything to the toy drive, I know things can be tight during the holiday season, so even if you just show up to support the event, that's what counts.

For everyone that is able to attend and If you are able to donate something I will post up a list of things that are needed. I believe the Children's Hospital gave a list to the Metrodubs.

Also don't forget to post up if you are able to make this meet. Also I agree with ChinkyChoy and should roll up together in a group so we should figure out where to meet as well. Anyway, so far I have:

1. myself rsi-g37xs
2. Chinkychoy
3. s2odin
4. quietparadox

I don't know many of the Colorado G's yet so if some of you guys know of others, let them know and see if they can come.

As long as there's no snow, put me down for a yea.

Only one stipulation.
I'm not the last car in line or I don't catch every single yellow light out there.
