The Chicago Hot Import Nights looks cool! Here's a link to the web site with all the information:

Tickets are on sale at the site. They're $25.00 plus a $2.50 convenience fee. The show starts at 5:00 PM. So what if we did a meet there? I'm wondering if going down early and meeting in a lot and doing a tailgate BBQ or something like that would interest you all? Or perhaps meet at a restaurant near by for eats and drinks before the show then all go over to the show and check it out? This year I believe it's sponsored by Nissan.

Sounds good to me. I am not sure if there is anything in the area as far as restaurants. We just have to be sure to find a spot to meet at for sure or we'll just wander around and never run into each other. Looks like a good number of people are willing to meet too which is really cool.

Hey, this post is shaping up nicely! I like everyone's positive response to the idea of a meet! I especially enjoy the enthusiasm of you fellow drivers! I will try to pin down something harder with regards to a meet! If anyone else has suggestions aside from hot import nights, please post!

If you could post on Freshalloy, that would be great! Send any G35Driver fledglings from the Chicago area back here to check the posts or copy these there so the info is out! I'm not sure I'm a freshalloy member so I would appreciate any help with this.

2 Fast 2 Furious sounds like a great time but from the looks of things on this Midwest forum with Chicagoans, we seem to be fairly spread out. I would not object however to meeting to see it somewhere in the middle of our mix of people!
