Hey Felloz, i got a question, i ordered my 05 IP G35 Coupe with Navi about 2 weeks ago, they had to ordered it from Japan and i already put down 8000.00 for DP. I was woundering how long it will take for me to get my car!!?! Has any of you guys got your Gz the same way and if so how long did it take for you to get it.. The guy there told me that it might take 90 days thatz crazy let me kno if you guys kno anyone that ordered there G and how long it took!?

I ordered mine December 28th and it's supposed to be here sometime in the next 2 weeks, so you may have a while to wait.

 

3 months!!!! OMG! Man, thatz just too long! Should i just call them and ask to find me one somewhere in the states??? I really want a brand new one, i hate too see the milage be like 30 or 40 when i get it because then you know that someone has been f#%#@^% around with it. The dealer told me that if it comes from japan directly to the states it will only have like 5 max 8 miles on it.

I special ordered mine on Feb 18th, and the projected arrival date is May 5th... and that's with him pushing my order through as part of February's orders... so that's about 3 months I guess. For me, that's better.. I want to get the weather better here in this toilet of a city (chaotic weather) most people like to call DFW, and he told me back in November that it would take about that long anyway.. sooo....

Also, I think it depends on what you want, he told me that he didn't have one in stock or on order with the stuff I wanted (namely the color - Athens Blue) so he had to order it, but he said he would look at other dealers and see if he could swap orders with someone.. but he didn't find anything.

Agree with above post. I ordered mine 1/12/05 and the delivery date is 4/21/05.

At least by ordering it you 1) Get the car spec'ed out with everything you want 2) No nimrods have taken your car out for a test drive and done god knows what 3) You won't have to worry about changing out your 19 rims and tires until next winter.
