Denver

Just took delivery of a very sweet G35 Coupe. Anyone out there from the Denver Metro area?

Re: Denver

I haven't shopped Denver yet, did you get the car at MSRP or something less? Did you try to negotiate?

Re: Denver

I am trading my 350Z in on a 6MT. Should be here in a week. What part of Denver, I'm S.E. part of town.

Re: Denver

No deal, just msrp. They are doing the clear bar for $140 though. There is another dealer in Colorado Spings. Both dealers have a fully loaded 6sp red in stock.

Re: Denver

The Denver dealership will give you a deal on the "protection package" (clear bra, wheel locks, sunroof visor) and I got my xenons for free cause I said I wanted a car without them, but they didn't have one coming in. But they'll defintiely give you the, "we cant give you any deals because if you dont want this car, we'll just sell it tomorrow to someone else" line. Oh, and I'd advise against getting the red.... unless you see it in person and really like it- it doens't look how you'd think it does. Really clashes with the bright red taillights cause the red isn't "cherry" enough... more muted/blueish. And for some reason it makes the chrome trim look cheesy... too noticeable. (I hope I'm not offending anyone with a red one- my friend and I just saw one today and were talking about how the color wasn't very successful) Oh, and I'm in SE Denver too

Re: Denver

I am glad to finally see some other enthusiasts in Denver. I should have checked back more often. I paid list. I did not want the package of dealer options so they were not added and I had reserved a car prior to any arriving in Denver. I had a bra added, covers the bumper, hood up 18", and the leading edge of the fenders and mirrors, $600. They did a very nice job. It was the first one so it took them awhile. When I visited the dealer in Colorado Springs I wasn't impressed with the attitude. Love the car. Anyone interested in forming a G35 club in Denver? Maybe affiliate with SCCA?

Re: Denver

picked up my coupe Friday night. 6MT with all options, traded in my 350Z. Love the coupe, so much nicer then the Z. I followed the the transport truck to Infinity of Denver and bought it as they unloaded it. Lets all get together someplace.

Re: Denver

Hello Wayne. Congratulations on your new 6MT! I am interested in forming a group in Denver. Road trips, etc. There don't seem to be too many forum members in Denver yet. But, there aren't too many G35's yet. I am out of town tomorrow (Sunday) but will check back here Monday. I have six weeks and close to 3000 miles---still love the car.

wayne:
was your 350z White??
because I saw a white 350z on Saturday night at the Denver Infiniti Dealers. And the salesman said something about owner not liking about 350z. =D

Re: Denver

Yes that was my 350Z that I traded for the G35 Coupe. I like like the Infiniti much better. If you see me driving around flag me down. I live near Arapahoe Road and Parker Road. It's the DG with dark tint and never dirty.

Re: Denver

I picked up my 6MT on December 11, 2002. Really like it. Has any one put on the K and N filters, and do they relly make a difference.

Re: Denver

How did things go with the Denver dealership. I just put in an order for a 6MT and was told I'll see it in 2 or 3 months? It dosn't look like there are too many in the Colorado area thanks to only having two dealerships in the state.
