I'm buying a new G35 from Bommarito Infiniti in St. Louis (or actually new St. Louis). Can anyone comment on the service there?

 

Bommarito Infiniti was awarded the Award of Excellance. It was released last week in the Post. This award is given to nineteen dealers last year.

i thought the Infiniti service was very good. but dont use the autobody through bommarito I had my drivers side dor recked the first time they painted there was a large flaw that I was not told about. Picked up the car after hours could not see it. It also looked like they left the car open while sanding, filthy inside. repaint was OK but now I have som pealing problems on door handle and overspray on window. I filled out there satifaction form and gave very low marks. In fairness the autobody is for all of Bommorito so my car was treated like any other low end vehicle
the infiniti service I was treated like a prefered buy and everything was to satisfaction

 

Can't really comment on Bommarito but it is good to know that the other Infiniti dealer in St.Louis does good work. For the record I have been happy with my service at Plaza.

I got my 2003 G35 sedan at Plaza, my salesman was Mike Barnstead. The buying experience was excellent, and their service department has been responsive and polite.

I didn't go to Bommarito, but I hear they also get good reviews.

I bought my G35C from Bommarito. I visited both dealers (Plaza, too) and felt much more comfortable at Bommarito. Anyway, since we're talking about service I can only tell you about one visit for an oil change. No problems, but I would hope there wouldn't be for a simple oil change. My mom had and Infiniti and said good things about their service people, so we'll just wait and see.
