Does anyone know of a good place to tint my windows here in Chicago?

If your near the northwest suburbs check out grand prix. It is a car wash where they do work out of the back. They do all of the work for Motor Werks in Barrington and have done all of Michael Jordan's cars. They did a great job on mine and were very cheap. I paid 250 versus 400 at the dealership.

 

63rd and Cicero (south side) next to Midway airport. Midco tint. I got all my cars done there and he is a staight shooter there. DEcent deals alos

 

Mr. 50's in Olympia Fields does excellent work here in the South Suburbs. They tinted my '04 Coupe, and also installed Bat's head & taillight overlays for me.

New to the site....I am looking for tints to. Where is Mike's tint located and a phone #?

 

Shaded days in Lake Bluff does an excellent job. He used Llumastar tint and did 5 windows for $275.

 

Double check the price by calling Mikes tint shop or stop by. There is also a good tint shop across the street from Mikes named Vuk's. I got mine done at mikes, he did a good job the only thing was I had to wait till the little air bubbles got out because i had mine done in winter. It took about a week, also a friend of mine got his done a Vuk's and he was happy with the job. So basically if you guys need tints stop by these shops there next the each other, both guys do tints for a good price. I would never pay double when i can get the same job done with half the price.

OK guys.. .. I'm done with! Today wasn't my day. I got taken out by a FUGING Evanston cop today driving back from my dad store. Let me get straight to the point! I GOT TWO TICKETS IN A ROW! AHHHHHH I'm so pissed, this is the story. Was driving back, and evanston police pulled me over. I wasn't speeding i wasn't fooling around. I was doing the speed limit. He pulls me over for TINTS and NO front plate. I have gone 8 months with out any problems with my windows. I was expecting a warning for my plate...NEVERHAPPENED...GOT two tickets ...And i can't send in money, i have to go to court and show proof that i took the tints off and put a front plate on. I HAVE NOOOOO IDEA WHAT to do... LOOKS like my fun is oveer..ANY IDEAS.. I was thinking about the eye doctor notice thing, but i doubt that will work now that i already got the tickets. I do have pictures of my car before i had the tints, but i have no idea what will happen if i get pulled over again??? ANY INFO would help me...PLEASE..I really dont want to take the tints off but if i do i will... ALSO, what about the plates. IS THERE something i can do to get by that with court...

 

^^^ use your old photo's, but dont take your car to court... take a beater or something. if you see a cop again, roll down your front windows . just an idea.
