New G35 Sedan owner

I just picked up an 03 sedan with 24k miles for $19886. I really like this car, newest car I've ever owned.
I believe it is the sport model becasue it has a spoiler and the manumatic transmission.
How do I tell if its an 03 or an 03.5?
Here is the link to the car. I'll post pics soon.

It's an '03.5 sport, there's no "doggy door" handle on your trunk. Nice going, it looks like you got a great deal, lucky!

very nice! it's brilliant silver 03.5 sport, as DVatz said. you can install the full aero package also, to make it a bit more sporty looking. 24k miles is INCREDIBLY LOW for that car. enjoy it, and welcome!

take a look at my BS 03.5 sport photoshoot: https://g35driver.com/forums/picture-share/111374-last-photoshoot-wheels-bbk-etc-many-pics-no-56k.html

I know this might be a dump question but why is it that nearly every g35 sedan has a different front bumper than mine. I have little bars that cross the vent opening on the front while most have a larger opening?

Congrats.

The bumper you want is the nismo. Check out the link in my sig, I had the onel like yours and did a group buy from Chad for the nismo body kit. We are working on another one for January.

Manumatic on all G35 sedans, no help there.

5-spoke wheels on sport, 6-spoke on nonsport, but they fit identically so while a very good indicator, not a 100% effective litmus test.

Doggydoor or no doggydoor is the most prominent exterior difference between the "original" 03 G and subsequent editions.

It is a sport, I can see the red struts in one of the pics. That is a give-away on the 03-04.

BTW is it just me or does the audio system on this car blow? My front speakers distort at low volume. Is this normal?

Will new speakers fix the issue?
