New Jinxed G35 Journey Owner
Y'all:
Bought a 2007 G35 Journey Sedan (Blue Slate, Premium Pkg) last Saturday. On Wednesday, got my first ding, even though I parked in BFE. On Thursday, a bird pooped on the hood and left a mark the size of a silver dollar.
I'm jinxed!
I moved up from a 2002 BMW 325i. I drove the new 2007 BMW 328i, liked it a lot (big improvement over 2002), but I would have had to get the 335i to get the same horsepower and gadgets that this car has for $9k less.
I think the BMW dealer is flying around pooping on me...

LOL Joey, sucks about your bad luck.......
.. but welcome to 'Driver and congrats on the new G.
Make sure you wash off that bird crap b4 it stains the paint, and recoat with wax....

Dude,
Don't even play the bad luck card
. I posted in the 2007 sedan forum. less than two weeks after I bought my '07 g35s I got rear ended. 12/12 it happened. It's still in the shop and will be until they can get a new exhaust, muffler and heat shield. Parts won't be available until 2/13.

Welcome to the G family. Sorry to hear about your damages. My front quarter panel was kicked in the first month I had my G.
