Smile It's Official: New Owner G35x

I'm the official owner of a Blue Onyx (Blue Slate) with a Graphite Interior . The car will be in our driveway any day this week . Man i'm HAPPY! Got $3300 off the MRSP and got the Clear Bra for $100. Thanks for all your opinions and suggestions throughout my couple of weeks being here! I'll post pics as soon as the car gets here! Oh, also..The dealership is trying to sell us something called the "24-7 Ultimate Protection", it inclds. Xzilon paint protection, interior guard, and rust protection. It seems pretty good, but kinda gimicish...still debating whether or not to get it. The price for it is $499+tax, but he went down to $450+tax. Anyone have this on their G or any other car? Is it worth it

Awesome hullio Congratulations . What a sweet deal you and your folks got.
Forget the Dealers special Pack. Get yourself some tint and buy yourself a supply of Zaino to keep that beauty looking good.
You guys will love the X.

thnx sir! I'll tell my dad to scratch the deal then...It does sound like an easy way to make $$$. Oh, we didn't get any splash guards as the salesperson said they don't make them for the '07 G yet!? I see that you have them installed on your G though - how much and did you get it from the dealer? It goes give a really neat look to the G no doubt. Also, do you recommend any tinting place? Sorry for the mulitple questions . Thank you!

Congrats!!!

My wife and I went out to dinner tonight, and part of it was the G experience: Nice dinner, freshly washed G rolls up with the valet, and entertainment on the way home passing when necessary, with the subdued howl from the pipes. You'll have a good time

Congrats... that's a great deal. Better than mine.

The dealer sells the Splash Guards for $140.
Infiniti G35 Accesories

When I was at the dealer,I checked out the G with and without.
I like the look better with the guards installed.

Good Luck.

Congrats! That is a killer deal you've got there. I'm not so sure about those "packages" the dealer is trying to sell you though - especially that rust protection - If I'm not mistaken, the car is under rust warranty for a certain amount of miles/years. If I were you, I'd pass - save the money for something else.

Damn, another sweet deal. I guess that's what happens when you wait a couple of months. I only got $1k off MSRP.........but then again there is only one dealership on the entire east coast. It's not like I was able to shop around.

hullio your salesman is uneducated, a lot of the folks from the US have splashguards on their 07s.
I had them worked into the deal, but then I didn't get close to $3300 off. But I am still waiting for them.
Check this thread for pics of some peeps with splashguards Click Here

Wow Balaji thats another great deal.
I am like Shane I could only get $1000 off plus a few exras thrown in. It's hard to get a good deal when you order when the model is just coming out in the Fall..

Wow the car finally is on the dealer's lot . They're going to apply the Clear Bra and going to detail it soon I hope and so we'll receive it either today, tomorrow, or Saturday by latest, I hope!
