I just purchased and delivered a new G35X for my wife yesterday. It is the Lakeshore Blue with Stone Interior, Premium, Nav, and Tech package.

Man is this a sweet car. I can't get over the technology in it. My wife is completely in love with the <her> car as well.

Please excuse me if this has been asked and answered before but I'm curious about a couple of things.

1) Is anyone using Synthetic Oil? Our dealer does free oil changes for life so I was wondering whether the Syn is worth the extra $$ or not.

2) Did anyone change the oil at 1200 miles and at 3700 when it's suggested.

3) How long would you think it would be before new Blue Tooth cells phones are added to the "usable" list? just curious.

Oh yeah, has anyone had problems with the Homelink? I cannot sync my garage doors.

Sweet, very nice, congratulations. My wife is now on her second X but as the guys around here will agree I rarely give her a chance to drive it, unless she needs it for work .

Yes I'm using synthetic oil, but take the free oil from the dealer and don't worry about synth. My first change was as 1500 but it's not necessary.
Not had any issues with any of my homelinks. Follow the instructions carefully....they can be very picky.

Bluetooth -- I don't know. the dealer may be able to help.
