The seats in the S were made for someone a lot smaller than I.
Otherwise, it would have been tough. All wheel drive is handy around here sometimes, but the paddle shifters would have been cool (although I might have actually gone 6mt if I got the sport)

Awesome pics GEE35X! I got my 07 g35x a month ago cuz i go skiing at Lake Tahoe every winter and i was getting tired of always having to borrow friends' and relatives' SUVs. So this fall i'm buying a roof rack and taking my baby up to the mountains and into the snow. I've read good thing from people that live in the northern part of the country and used their X this winter. Another reason i didn't get the S was cuz i was afraid i'd step on the gas pedal a little too hard in the rain, lose the rear and spin out. The acceleration and power on this car is CRAZY!!!

Well you will love it in the snow, especially if you get some dedicated winter tires .

Okay, I'll bite, Why would you want one
For sure if a person does not have inclement conditions it would not make much sense to get AWD.

I live in minnesota. We get as much snow as most of michigan does. Ontario might beat us. I bought a G35S. I've driven RWD for a while now and a good set of snow tires and practical use of your brain really is all you need. I've gotten stuck twice. Once with my IS300 and once with my G35S. Both times I would have likely gotten stuck with AWD as well as the snow cover was quite a bit above the vehicle ground clearance

We got the "X" because of the Canadian winters here in Toronto. We probably could have just gotten the "S", and the features for it are nicer, but we just played it safe with the "X". There are a few steep hills in Toronto our RWD 2003 Mercedes Benz C320 w/ Snows couldn't make it up that our "X" (with all seasons) seems to go up effortlessly.

In summers I will be sure to get a new pair of rims for her, I'm thinking these:

or these:

What do you guys think?
