Hello, I got got this 03 coupe 3 weeks ago, when i fill up the tank from when the light comes on it only takes 7 gallons of gas 91 octane of course and the needle goes to full I zero the trip & only get 115 miles per tank. The car has a Borla exaust & a rom chip and a Injen cold air intake. I drive normal & barely go past 75 on the freeway. If some one could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

 

something is definitely wrong with your gas gauge. we have 20 gal tanks. my light comes on and i usually fill around 17 gal.

^^^^ yup, that was me. i ended up having to actually replace the gas tank. good luck with that (it took me 5 trips to the dealership to get it fixed)

 

Thanks every one for your help, does anybody know how much this cost to fix ? I purchased this coupe @ Zero 1 Motors in Los Alamitos. I have a 30 day warranty from them w/1 week left. They will pay 50 percent.
