Just got my coupe!

i think i might need a grinectomy because i cant get that stupid grin off my face everytime i look at my new car! its an 07 black on black 6MT coupe, and i've fallen in love already(im sure u all were the same when u first got the car!) im not going to post any pics yet cuz no one wants to see a stock coupe(at least i do ) but my first mods are mostly cosmetic, some philips 6000K ultinons and 5% tint all around. next will come the MREV2 and 5/16 spacer and then who knows.....

it was brand new but with 143 miles and i got it for 33K OTD, so i think it was a good deal, i had to buy the rear spoiler seperate though, cuz it didnt come with it already,so i'll get that put on next week. i'll post some pics up then i guess as soon as i find my camera, if not then tomorrow.

i might i want to but im feeling so down right now cuz i havent learned the 6MT yet! my heart pumps pretty hard when i come to a stop cuz im so slow. i dont stall the car much anymore, but i have to really be easy with the clutch for a long time so i can get a smooth start! if i go hopefully i'll get some lessons from sum of u 6MT drivers

i've also heard of the many benefits and 'fun' factor of a 6MT, but so far im only seeing disadvantages and its really depressing! maybe its cuz its only my second day of driving it, i guess it takes A LOT more driving time to fully understand downshifting and everything else involved with this tranny

Have you never driven any manual tranny before? Yes, you'll get used to it. It just takes some practice. Be careful, have a blast!

BTW, where are your f*kin pics?!

hey, i give you props for buying a 6mt even though you don't know how to drive it yet. good for you. bad for the clutch.

give it a week to fully understand the 6mt. you'll get use to it and when you do, ur heart won't be "pumping" anymore. you'll enjoy the ride for a long time.

most guys who can't drive stick, usually make excuses about "sucking in traffic or things like that".

for me, the "hills' is what got my heart pumping in the beginning, especially when a car is behind my azz.
