One more addition to the pack - Need some Advice

Hey,
I bought a 2006 G35 with 29K miles on it. looks and drives great. One minor irritant in the interiror - the center console: the lid does not close as the latch has broken. My local dealership says it has to replace the entire console for 350 bucks. I am going to but I wanted to find out if there was a way to fix it. Super Glue would not work as the broken latch has a part missing. The lid looks great except for the broken latch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Congrats with the new sedan FTW!!! Have you checked your local salvage? You can usually call them to ask if they have any G's in your year. I dont think the coupe has the same console though, so may have to be a sedan. You can also google around you. Might save you $200 to drive a little ways. BTW they usually make you remove it yourself. So take some tools, lol. GL!!
