New G Owner with a Short Question

Hey I'm a noob on this forum having just bought my 03.5 G sedan 5AT a couple weeks ago after having traded my 00 jetta (2.0 mt if you're curious). I LOVE the G especially since I've over doubled my HP from my last car!

My problem is this: the only issue I can't find an answer to on this forum is the stock tire pressure on this 03.5 G sedan with stock 17 six spokes (non-sport package). I know the info should be on the driver door pillar but it isn't anywhere that I can find! Can anyone tell me what the tire pressure should be? Any help would be appreciated!

I'm pulling this out of my azz but I think you should be good with 35-40....does this sound right guys? If your light is on inflate/deflate to 35-40 and drive around for acouple mins and the light should go off. I think during winter you should have higher tire pressure cus the temp likes to set those lights off.

35 is the industry standard. I can't imagine it being different from that. I would try that. Also, if you look on the tire sidewall, recommended pressure should be on there somewhere.

Hi and welcome! I have always been able to find mine on the inside of the driver door or the tire sidewall. I know 35 is the standard as you said Drift, and winter means more air in your tire since the air condenses when cold, so maybe closer to 40.

Sedan FTW!
