Happy modding G35Ian
Thanks!

Yeah, I'll keep it nice and warm/safe in there. I'm not going through that again.

Again, I'm not trying to get into this. All I'm going to say is that I raced a few stock Gs and didn't lose. I never said the RSX was "much" faster, but through 3 & 4 I stayed ahead. That's it. I don't want this thread to turn into a G35 > RSX argument, as I'm sure there have already been plenty.

I love my G, and I loved my RSX. I don't need to hear you all bash it because it's a Honda. I moved on already, you can too.

I've raced rsx's before and the only way I saw them winning is if a slight gust of wind came up and lifted the go kart, I mean rsx , up and flung it forwards.
Just kidding haha, but i have to agree if you mod an rsx and race it against a stock G, it will be a good race but once you get to higher rpm the g usually has it, unless the rsx has a good amount of mods. Well anyways welcome to the forum.

Was your Rsx a base model or a Type-S? If it was a Type-S and K-Pro w/tune its faster than a stock G no doubt hahah! Don't listen to some of the G owners on this forum about speed comparison they have no clue.

It was an '04 Type-S.

I've raced a full bolt-on Type-S while I was bone stock and we stayed even until 3rd gear. Then he started pulling on me. But I mean I had VDC on, didn't brake torque, etc.

I raced that same Type-S after I installed my plenum spacer with VDC off/brake torquing, and beat him by about a car length.

Looks good man. Congrats. You even got the same color almost at your RSX.

Yeah, that's pretty much how it went. Top of third and into fourth I'd pull away. I have no doubt a lightly modded G would have beat me.

Thanks.

I was looking at a black and white ones for a bit but I just love the dark silver. About half my cars in Forza2 are dark silver.

Yeah same here. I love the DG color. It's really cool because at night it looks darker and during the day it's lighter. Two colors in one.

I was thinking the same thing, all the pixs of RSX where outside. Then you see the G inside.
