Depends on how much your willing to spend, but as for tinting your windows there is a Dr. Tint at the Honda dealer of the Capitol Exp. Auto mall or I got my windows tinted at Mr. Tint which i can hook you up with a discount there so lemme know...20% tint looks the best IMO. Some other mods to start you off could be rear and side mud guards and a front lip or a full body kit, 06 projector headlights, springs/shocks combo if on tighter budget or coilovers(which is better but more expensive) to lower your ride, and maybe a subtle trunk spoiler...for cosmetic mods...as for power mods...a cheap start would be a intake... the mods can go on and on but the ones i mentioned will make a significant difference

but go for a lip and drop like what he said^. IDK about how strict it is up there in Nor Cal about tints but tickets are pretty common for tints down here. OR from at least from my friends experience. I even got pulled over for driving my friends maxima for having a limo tint in the rear. But get a lip and a drop for sure with some mud flaps :thumbsup: prob the easiest and most common thing here haha but welcome!
