Just wanted to introduce myself. I picked up a Brilliant Silver 2005 G35X on Monday night. This is by far the nicest car I've ever owned. I can't stop looking at it and can't wait to drive it everyday. I bought it Certified through a local Infiniti dealership and hope to avoid the headaches I got from my last vehicle. All I've ever owned are SUV's and Trucks so it will take a while to adjust. Feels like I'm sitting on the ground, but I love the ride. Just wish I would have bought one of these years ago. Do you live in OK? There are a few members here from that area including pattyskin, red_g35 (works @ an infiniti dealer in Tulsa so he may have sold you the car), twin001, and lots more. They are having a meet @ the OKC sheriff's track next month if you're interested.

 

I live about 30 minutes north of Tulsa and went to college in Stillwater as you can tell by my name. Thanks for the invite. What do you guys do at these meets? I don't really make it down to OKC too often because the drive is long and boring.

Yeah, yeah. The day we beat the Horns is coming...hopefully this year so I can see it live!

 

I don't think it'll be this year. We're thinking National Championship which usually means an undefeated season. Maybe in '10 for the Pokes??

 

Many are saying this is the strongest team we've had since Barry Sanders was here so if it's going to happen, it will be this year. It's been a very long time since we've had a team to truly be excited about. Hopefully they don't pull a classic Poke Choke! Next year will be a rebuilding year...with a very young team...in Austin. No way we win that game.
