I went to temple before I was deployed for the 2nd time. A few buddies of mine ran their trucks up there. But if I remember right, I think the track is an 8th of a mile instead of the 1/4.

And keep your car! Just leave it kind of bone stock lookin with your vortech, James.

did u sell the SC? a guy i work with has a 350 and a couple of others that have some turbo subarus that have been out there.

yeah it's a 1/8 track. i heard they only let imports race out there and not muscle cars because they don't have enough space for the heavier cars to slow down. i'm thinking of maybe going just to see how much fun it is. wanted to take the bike but the car will probably be the safer bet.

Its been awhile since I've been up there so I don't know what the condition of the track is.

Honestly, I'm not all that interested in running my own car up there. I just go up there to watch my friends run, that's it.

i feel you on that one, but i have a bike and the G so not very practical, but my wife has a HHR and I have a 08 Grand Prix that her aunt is driving right now. Only problem with the Grand Prix is it looks faster than it is.
