Finally got my G35 Coupe!!!
Hello all,
It has been a long search, but I finally pulled the trigger. I am the proud owner of my new (to me) 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT. Throughout the search, I couldn't decide whether or not to buy a coupe that was already heavily modded or a stock coupe and do all the works myself (FI, the whole deal!). After finding this one for the deal I got, I couldn't resist! Only 41,000 miles, and Vortech Supercharged (2.87) to the tune of over 400whp. What a feeling, and what a sound!
Next is a wheel change. The wheels on there are nice (20" Zinik Adrian's powedercoated black), but I wouldn't mind getting down to a set of light 19's. Also, the 3" Y-pipe is in somewhat rough shape simply because of how low it is and what the road look like in New England. Thankfully, I will be moving to Maryland in the very near future, and I look forward to making many new friends in the G35 world!!!
During my search, I have read countless hours on this great forum to learn everything I can about the cars. This is truly a phenominal site, very well run, and VERY helpful! Thanks to all who put in the work to help others out.

I was hoping someone would ask that. What do you think this car is worth??? I'm interested to hear a little bit about what people here would pay before I tell you how good of a deal I actually got.
Any input is appreciated.

well the vortech supercharger alone is worth about 5k, and patman530's g which is one of the nicest ive ever seen ( https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-car...low-miles.html ) is going for about 25k. considering how many mods are already on this and the condition imo, id say yours is worth about $20k-25k but that's just my opinion. patman is crazy to let his baby go for only that much
That's interesting, I will be sure to check out Patman's G soon. Sounds like he's got a lot going on there...
Based on what I've heard for prices, I guess I did pretty well ($15,500). I have always loved the G coupes, they are beautiful (and the color of mine is my favorite). And even though I will have to find a little spare change for a winter beater, this car was impossible to pass up.
Just picked up a set of brand new 20" staggered gunmetal Axis Pentas this past week. They are wrapped in brand new Federal Evo 595 tires all the way around. Not a scratch whatsoever on any of the wheels as they were only used for a few shows on another G. Picked those up for $1050!!! The deals keep coming... Next is an exhaust. I am eyeing the HKS Hi-Power. I'll wait to find a deal for that too.

Congratulations and Welcome to DRIVER!
You did very well finding a low mileage coupe with all those mods at that price! Good idea switching to 19" wheels/tires, should improve the ride quality. Before you jump on the HKS exhaust do a SEARCH and discover all the issues with quality control and the restriction in their crossover. To correct it requires installing a Magnflow x-pipe in place of the crossover. The results are an exhaust the flows well and sounds even better. Good Luck!

Gary,
I have never read anything about that. Do you have any recommendations of which type of exhaust you suggest based on the mods you see I have listed? I think there is a great setup with what I have now, but based on the Y-pipe that I need to replace soon, I think it would be smart to replace the entire header back setup. Do you agree? I like the thought of the 'true dual' exhaust type, are there any you recommend?
Your help is much appreciated.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Well you didn't really accomplish your goal since the Pentas and the 595s are heavy pigs, but they look damn good.
Congrats on a phenomenal deal if the car runs well.
