Wassup everyone,
My names Jin, and I'm 22 years old,
I just picked up my G about 2 weeks ago! It's my first car that isn't a beater!
With this G I'm hoping to just get some coilovers, wheels, exhaust and call it a day. Maybe in the far future I'll have bigger plans for it but for now I'm just looking for a clean look.
I picked up a 2006 Black on black G35 6MT with 61k
The day I took it home I noticed the rattling already, I did some research and thought it was my heat shield making the rattling noise. Turns out my Axles were rusted and needed to be cleaned and greased, I'm still under warranty so I took it in. Is there anything I should be looking out for before my warranty ends?
Anyways, here are some pictures!
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone at local meets etc!
Thanks!

Pay close attention to the oil level and watch for excessive consumption. Oil Consumption is a well known problem on that motor. There's a sticky in one of the sections that has the TSB for it.
Thanks!
Yeah, Just the basics for now, it's my first new car that's been over a 2000 Lol!
Only thing I did to it so far was change out most of the lights and replaced them with LED's
Plan to go Coilovers, wheels, exhaust, maybe even upgrade to brembos for better stopping power.
Thank you, I love the search button here, on other forums, theres a 20 second wait between searches lol.

The stopping power between the OEM Brembos and your current brakes isn't that different, the advantages are less weight and less brake fade. Unless your referring to a Brembo BBK.
