G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
It's just a lot of hard work and patience!
To be honest, myself. Since I was a child I took it upon myself to learn things. I remember when I was 9 years old, I calculated the final drive ratio of a NASCAR Cup car by simply using a little 1:64 diecast and no calculator [hand calculations, FTW]. Also, with the amount of information available on the internet now, it makes it a lot easier.
If you are interested in seeing a lot more pictures of the building process... here are two of my build threads.

Thanks a lot guys!
Yes it is an auto, which is weird for me. However when I was looking for a car it was not one of my top criterias.. I wanted something in great shape, comfortable, as well as something classy and more 'grown up', I dress up nicely for work now..and driving around in my old DD was a little comical [old eclipse that was falling apart]. I stumbled across this car and it was in the right location, price, and condition.
One of my best friends and business partner also just picked up a G37 himself this weekend.. so hopefully when we get the chance we can develop carbon fiber parts for these cars as well.

Thanks again and I love the idea of putting my engine in the G :P
I don't plan or expect to really do anything to the car. My free time is incredibly limited these days and if I tinker/buy goods for a car, that's exactly what the Cobra is for!
One money pit is good enough.lol
Maybe in a couple of years I'll lower the car and put some nice wheels on her and call it a day, I want to keep it a nice luxury cruiser.
