Thumbs up Just bought a 2006 Coupe G35 6MT!!

I LOVE THIS CAR!! So my new 2012 Mazda 3 6mt was totaled 3 weeks ago.(people in AZ can't drive for s***) So to replace it I got my FIRST G35! This car really is a thing of beauty. 2006 G35 Coupe 3.5L V6, 58,189 miles, fully loaded w/nav, there iconic silver with black Infiniti 19". Black interior. I payed $17,000! I am already looking into different upgrades to do for it. The first thing I'm doing is better brakes and air intake. Anyone know some great ones for this car?? For my brakes I want to get really good pads. Rotors too, just because I don't like the look of the stock ones. Then for the air intake I was maybe thinking WEAPON-R Secret Weapon Air Intakes? Any Ideas??

I'll put pic's up later.

Welcome to the forums. Sounds like a nice babied G35 with low mileage.

There are tons of stickies/FAQs/picture threads so for good ideas you should take a look through them. Plenty of ways you can go about modding - only limits are your budget and time.

I got my G at family owned dealer. The customer service and the cars they have are outstanding! I didn't get the car for the girls, I got it because I love this car!! (girls just seem to go with it). I'm stuck in Korea right now so I was only able to drive for three weeks. Can't wait to get home!!!

congratulations on the buy! you may want to do a little searching on this forum, some mods (air intake) may not be completely necessary. You might want to look into plenum spacers

I have been doing some research, And so far this is my list! Let me know what you guys think. I haven't decided on what coilovers I want yet, and I am think about Stillen Headers. I am also still trying to figure out new clutch, clutch line and flywheel.

1 iSimple IPod Integration to Factory Unit
2 Headlights, Taillights, & Grill Painting
3 Brake Caliper Paint Black
4 EBC Red Stuff 3000 Front Brake Pads
5 EBC Red Stuff 3000 Rear Brake Pads
6 Stainless Steel Brake Lines From Z1
7 AEM CAI
8 CAI Water Sock
9 B&M Precision Sport Shifter
10 Motordyne MREV 2 Plenum
11 Motordyne 5/16 Spacer

Unlike some people on here that I have heard of paying some insane amount of $$ to install there new toys, I will be doing everything myself. Thats the only way to learn right! I have done the brakes and CAI already. If I would of done my research first, I would have done the MREV2 and Spacer first. Opps! But Upgraded brakes is always a good place to start. What's the point of power if you can't stop??

So how is my list??
I'm just a
