Been admiring these cars for for quite awhile and finally a couple weeks ago found the exact combination I was looking for. Black on black 6MT with the premium package with fairly low miles (57k). Have already changed all fluids and the spark plugs. Happy to say no oil consumption issues with the 2000 or so miles I've already put on it and the spark plugs looked normal and the tubes were bone dry. Paint is not perfect but most of it will buff out I'm pretty sure, its my first black car so I'm probably being to picky. Anyways not much plans for it (for now anyways) I think these cars are sexy as hell just the way they come from the factory. Though I do have some JDM clear corners on their way. Here's a couple pics.

Very clean coupe, very good choice on the clear corners, and you are smarter than most for doing new plugs/fluids as soon as you picked her up. Always best to start off with a fresh maintenance history, and these cars are known to chew up spark plugs until you get a tune

My thoughts exactly I start fresh with anything I buy used. Dude I bought it from said only serviced by his brother who is a "master mechanic" whatever that means. I've had a few bad experiences trusting others to do maintenance on my rides so there's not much I won't do myself now. Already found and fixed a lot of little things like broken plastic push rivets and some screws and bolts that were tightened to tight and stripped and battery hold down loose, easy fixes but those little things just **** you off when you're told the car is in perfect condition and worked on by a "master mechanic", oh and big one I found about a week after buying it the front sway bar was disconnected on the passenger side (missing one nut) good thing I hadn't had a chance to do any spirited driving before I found that, didn't make any noise or anything.Originally Posted by seymore4

post up any questions you've got, there is a wealth of knowledge on this site, and as long as you have a legitimate question and have done a little research before you post members are usually very helpful
