Glad to be g

Finally after weeks of research and looking around I made my mind up and bought a g. I got a silver 05 sedan rwd. Absolutely love my car, love to drive it, I've been making up reasons to leave just to roll. This is my first time on a forum and I am thankful for the info when I was researching. Gonna order some springs in the next few weeks because I need to get rid of the excessive wheel space. Also looking at tint and the dbldin dash kit to get a stereo and quash the possible ac controller problem.

Hi Slug, welcome to Driver! Before you do anything to your newly acquired sedan I want you to spend hours reading all the stickys. There's so much information you need to know before you start spending $$ making mistakes. Here's an example: "G35s suspensions aren't that adjustable so if you lower it an inch you'll be wasting your tires unless you spend the $$ to get complete camber adjusters front and rear....they're about a grand!"

Thanks Gary, I was just about to order the tein s tech drop spring which drop the front 2" and the rear 1.5". This would be a bad choice if I can't afford the camber kit yet. I've had fwd Hondas and nissans slammed out with no kit and ate tires up. I would really love the noticeable drop from these springs but should I concider the h tech that drop about have of the s tech. Got map proving grounds coming up at BIR and want to car lowered by then. Thanks for the info.
