New G35 from the Bay area!

Hello! Been a Honda/Acura guy for many many years, and when my civic finally kicked the bucket after 10 years figured it was time to upgrade to a more classy/awesome car. So the search for "The" car went underway! After looking at and test driving many different cars, Subies, Lexus's, Nissan's, BMW's, and more Honda's and Acuras I fell in love with the G35. I can honestly say it was a nightmare trying to find one in decent condition, low(ish) miles, and with a decent price. But by pure luck and a long story later I found my 06 IP 6mt G35.

So far it has a black grill, spacers, tint, clear side markers, side mirrors painted, and what looks like to be a ebay carbon-fiber rear diffuser. It also had the OEM badges debadged then got a GT350 badge put on. Also the wing looks like it is a slight different shade of white so that will have to be fixed sometime down the road. So far it looks like to be a good start for what I would like to do to it. It will be my daily so the only things I would really like to do would be to; lower it to no wheel gap, exhaust, ztube, rims? (way down the road), and possibly a Nismo front bumper but on the wall about that. Well here are some pix.

If you like the 350 badge keep it, but please for the love of god do not slap skyline on the back of your trunk. Looks like a nice find though, congrats.

Yeah I'm not really into the whole Skyline thing on g35's. Makes it look tacky, and still debating to keep the 350gt badge or not.

Welcome! Nice find. I just snatched my G35 a month ago and getting ready to start some modding.

How off is the door color? That's pretty odd. What the car in some major accident?

The doors are fine, it's the wing that has what looks like to be a slight yellow tint to it. It's hard to explain unless you are looking right at it. I want to say it was either a cheap paint job or an DYI paint job but not too sure. The only accident the car was in was on the driver side rear panel (if I recall). A truck backed into it in a parking lot so they pulled the dent out and resprayed the area. The paint matches spot on, just the clear coat on the side is not as shiny but I can live with it.
