New Infiniti G35x owner from Montreal

I am in process on completing the purchase on an used G35x 2008 and would like to say Hello from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Can you tell how are the wheel bearing on those cars as the dealer ship that I am buying from is insisting on taking the extended warranty because apparently the bearings on that car get used up quite fast, any input would be great.
