Hey. I am a new member to the club and I bought a used 05 G35 Coupe Black Automatic for $15,000. The only mods to the car was the previous owner put in a AEM cold air intake, and 20" Chrome rims. The Rims are staggered so that the rear wheels are wider. I have a few things in mind that I want to do with it like tint the windows lower it. What are some simple cheap ways to get more horsepower out of the car? I am very interested to hear any input you all have to give. Thank you.

Ha. Yea I had bought the car and me and my friends got together and did a small photo shoot. and that was one of the pics I took. I'm pretty much broke right now but I want to get a list together of some things that I can do to the car to make it look and sound better. But I wanted some suggestions.

 

Welcome to the G community! Mods are not to cheap. What would sound nice on your car is a full set up from Fast Intention. HFC and exhaust. Not only your getting sound but a little extra push in the HP. Another power adder is a 5/16 spacer for the engine. I don't know how much but i heard that does increase a good number. You can always free up HP by getting a light weight crank pulley and CF driveshaft. If you want to hear my set up on the exhaust you can youtube Stillen Supercharger G35 2008. Welcome to the club! The 5/16 spacer adds about 12 hp. $209 plus a exh and get a tune! A osiris tune is $500. Do that after the spacer and exh then she will really wake up and perform! Enjoy the road with your G!
