i just bought a 04 g35 coupe for less then 10 grand with 79k I'm in love when I hear the sound of the exhaust. But a couple buddies of mine have 05 g35 rev up and I got a chance to drive there cars and my clutch feels so much harder then there's it's like its pushin back at me when I engage the clutch could it be I have a different clutch then they do?

Now that u seen the car I have this thump sound comeing from the rear when I accelerate hard and switch gears could it be rear shock struts?

 

Probably bushings.

 

It's sounds worst in raining conditions when the rear slips it thumps the whole time the car stays in the whole.
When I say whole I mean wheel spin with no traction . So in other words if I try to burnout it trumps the whole time burning out u think its bushings?

just do a little research on them. i currently have the same sound. i ordered bushings but havent
put them in yet. fairly simple job.
