New Guy! 03 G35 Sedan AT

Greetings from Indianapolis, IN! And say hello to my 03 sedan! She's all stock at the moment but not for long. I have a long extensive list of future parts to be added and replaced. Coupe mid pipe, hr y pipe, kinetix intake and lower plenum, and a Sean's grounding kit just to name a few! (Too much to list) I look forward to meeting everyone as well as learning from the vets 😈

Skip the kinetix intake. You'd get better gains with an intake spacer. Unless your just looking for a bit of shine under your hood.

Depends on which intake (velocity vs race).

Welcome

I'm looking for performance and looks. Plus Ive got a buddy who is an Infiniti tech who informed me that the kinetix intake is far more reliable. The spacers seems to cause issues every once and a while. And I know when the kinetix intake is paired with the mrev lower plenum it works out great. Maybe not as great as the spacer but it's worth it when it comes with reliability. ✊

your buddy is WRONG.

What does a dealership tech know about aftermarket performance? He is great at doing factory stuff with nissan/infiniti parts.

There are more people on here with MD's spacer then any other manifold mod and we will all report the same thing, NO ISSUES at all. I installed mines 50k miles ago and 5-6 years ago, never had an issue related to my spacer EVER and i know many will back me up on this.
