New (to me) G!
New (to me) G!
Forum Noob checking in to say hello! I recently purchased a black ’04 G35x. I have wanted a coupe forever and likely will get one sometime down the road, however this 1 owner sedan with 105k miles came available so I decided to pick it up. Has a few issues, the OP did not have a garage so it has been out in the weather, but he did keep up all the maintenance. Both valve covers leak oil slightly, 3rd LED brake light is not functioning, and the driver’s side power window occasionally decides to fall about a quarter of the way down on its own. Nothing too serious however. Sure is fun to drive! Have not decided what mods I will go for yet but will be looking around here for ideas! Seems to be a lot of “G” knowledge on the site! So once again—Hello all!

Thanks urbanengineer that's something I will check out. The OP says it has been out for maybe a year, he thinks the LED panel itself has gone bad. I see that a few members on here were able to access it thru the trunk so did not have to remove the rear seat to access it. I will start with the simple stuff (connections) and see where it takes me. Thanks a lot for the molex suggestion! Oh and yes, all other lights are functional.
Thank you for the tip bluedevils95 I appreciate it. Was going to look into CAI later but this is helpful.
