2005 Infiniti g35x
Hello, I have a 2005 Infiniti g35x, when I purchased the car it had bad front lower control arms, or what I thought were bad. Turns out its just the bushings on each control arm. Both control arms themselves look brand new, so my question is am I able to replace just the bushings? If so where can I get them and which brand is the best for these kind of cars?
Thank you in advance!

Infinitiboy1, hello and welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here. Lots of very informed members on here with a wealth of information, so you've come to the right place! If you ever have any questions, please be sure to reach out.
I have an X
RWD compression rods do not fit unless you convert to RWD. See my post if interested... When your T case blows perhaps? Go easy on it, stay away from sand and don't slip the tires...
Energy suspension bushings fit in the X LCA's but you need to use the OEM sleeves because the bolt OD's are larger in the AWD. You can do this job yourself at home with a large table vice and a socket set to use as a punch/die
RWD upper control arms fit but I would only run them if you are lowered and on a budget because they push the camber a little but more positive than the AWD arms do since it is 1" taller from the factory. If lowered and not on a budget go with aftermarket camber arms in front. Camber arms/traction arms in rear should go unsaid if you lower it.
RWD struts will not fit unless you convert to RWD and purchase RWD LCA's
RWD Compression rod bushings are compatible same with upper control arm bushings
After fixing the LCA bushings in my X I felt much less body roll.
I am the only one who produces or has aftermarket sway bar connecting rod bushings for the AWD G. Contact me if you are interested in adding aftermarket end links to your giant OEM sway bar they give you with the X... It would be pointless to install aftermarket end links with the stock connecting rod bushings. Let me know if you have any AWD related questions. I've pretty much done it all.
I am currently doing a 6MT swap in my X sedan, should be done around mid may. Just need the engine and transmission.
