Hello, I'm new here and I'm considering buying an 04 g35 with 138k miles. I currently own an Rx-8 from the same year that's very problematic and I'm hoping that the G35 will be even slightly less so. How much of an upgrade (if any) would this be? What would be a good price to ask? Again, I'm new to the forum, so If this is in the wrong place or whatever I'm sorry.

Now is the g35 an auto or manual and also is it a coupe or sedan? I don't have a lot of knowledge on RX-8 vehicles.

 

I'm new here too, but have had my 2005 G35 sedan for a couple of years. And I'm a Mazda fan. What issues do you with your RX-8?

My G35 has been reliable. The only issue I've run into so far is my stock stereo is dying.

 

It's an 04 coupe with automatic. It has 138k and no check engine light. It drives fine but I'm curious what to look for.

 

The door! Seriously, the check's/door stopper is one experience I've had that hurts dearly. Other than that I've not had any of the issue's that other have had with this vehicle. Do a quick search on here and you'll find the information you need on the pro's and con's.
