HELP PLEASE. Buying used 03 g35 50k

Hey guys I'm new to this thread and I just have a couple questions.
I am going to look at a 03 g35 coupe 6sp on Saturday 1 day from today.
The car has 50k miles on it and it is turbocharged. The car fax is clean with
3 previous owners. Im just really concerned on why it's so cheap. Is it worth buying?
When I asked the dealership what kind of turbo it has they didn't know. It's an Infiniti dealership btw. Here is the link:

For an 03 that is really not cheap...even boosted.
If you're gunna buy a modified car, I'd rather buy from the person who did them especially when it comes to adding boost...instead of being stuck with a dealer trying to inflate the *** out of it since they know absolutely nothing about it.
Me personally, I'd pass

If it is stock everything and clean history with all maintenance records I'd go for it. I'll pass too with that turbo.

Wouldn't I just be able to take that turbo off? And try to get the car for 10k instead 12.
