My g35 blues

Hey guys, my name is yoel and i've had my G35 as of february but it's been around for a year or two in my brother's hands until making it's way to me . My brother bought it with about 180k on the odometer and quickly after the motor blew so he was quick to find a replacement motor to swap in and build the head for more power in the process in addition to his header and exhaust work ( #realmencanwrench if you want to follow some of the g's journey on IG) . Being a victim of the G's charm he couldn't give it up to just anyone so i was the one to buy it from him. Following my brother's steps i fell for the car in the short period of time that i had with it and just recently got a staggered set of varrstoen es3's (with my own mismatched "drift king" colorway ) plenum spacer, nismo intake and higher flow injectors hoping i'd rid the car of running lean which kept my CEL constantly lit . Unfortunately, the bad combination of me being young and dumb, inexperienced with the power+rwd combo (especially in the rain) and having a love for backroads resulted in me totaling the G just a few nights ago Although i left the accident physically unscathed, my g and my emotions were crushed I'm dedicating this post in loving memory of my G, Brooklyn RIP

Sorry to hear but I hope you learned a lot from your experience. I'm glad to see you take responsibility for the accident but next time, if there is one, you might not be lucky enough to come away unscathed.

If you're gonna drive a big boy car be prepared to wear your big boy pants........
