17 with an LM7 swapped G35
I own a 2004 G35 Coupe, currently swapping a LM7 5.3 bored out to 5.7 with LS1 parts, attempting to go for 500hp or around that.
I originally got my g35 with the VQ motor but long story short. It had already been swapped with another 350z VQ from the auction, because the original motor had been seized, BUT the 350z motor had some super weird power lag problem (dreaded P0011 and P0021 codes).
I tried everything I read on the forum, nothing worked. So i said F it and sold the engine to my buddy with a track 350z who plans on blowing it up anyways - still hasn't figured the problem out.
Currently saving my money to finish the engine swap so i can daily it for school and start on the body work.
If anybody knows where I can find those "plastic rear quarter/back end replacement panels" that Formula Drift cars have (reference: 2fperformance.com)
let me know, because i want to cut the back end of my g35 off.
