Hello!

I'm the happy new owner of a white 2004 G35 coupe 6mt. I bought it from the original owner to took outstanding care of it.

I am going to change both drive belts, so Im grateful for the thread I already found about that.

I also looked at a thread about smelling oil burning when that little problem popped up after I checked the oil and took it for a long hardvdrive. I know some oil can get out if the dipstick is not in perfect, but I am going to looking other sources of a leak as well, so I am prepared to change the valve cover gaskets. I'm no master mechanic but I can turn a wrench and break less and less stuff doing it each year. Haha

Thanks in advance to the community!

This is Falkor (See what I did there? Haha) off Sunrise Highway near San Diego.

She's a beaut! Good luck with your new G. One thought - you may want to remove the door guards as the car's lines look so much better without them.
Enjoy!

LOL. I thought so too when mine came with them from the dealer, but then I removed them. So much cleaner and sleeker!

They're not hard to remove. A bit of heat, dental floss and goo-gone.

Aren't there alignment holes in the door panel that need to be filled?
