I have a 2003 G 5AT. The slip and vdc light are both on with no check engine light or abs . I have checked brake fluid, brakes but they remain on. I don’t have loss of power or anything and the car rides just like normal. Any ideas? IT ENDED UP BEING THE CLOCK SPRING CAUSING ALL THE ISSUES.

 

Damn. There are a million things on this car that can cause those lights to come on.

 

Did anything change on the car recently, like new tires?

 

Do you have RAS?

 

Get it scanned with one that does body codes, then you will know what sensor is triggering the light.

 

yes I recently replaced the wheel bearing, but it was even on before that.

 

The only thing I have going for me is there’s no check engine light or abs which normally goes along with those 2. If that helps anyone.
