I live in California and recently purchased a 2007 G35 6MT coupe. I've been searching for aftermarket parts online to purchase and most of the parts I find say for 03 through 06 and do not say they are compatible with 07 models. For example:

Why are all these parts compatible for 03 through 06 but not 07? Aren't 06 and 07 coupes virtually the same? Why aren't these products CARB legal for 07?

 

Reason being is the 2007 sedan was the redesigned V36 chassis (different car different transmission different motor), the 2007 coupe is the same as the 2006 coupe, those were still on the V35 chassis..

Thus why manufacturers are hesistant to say it's compatible with 2007. Anything for a 2006 coupe will work just fine for your searches, there was no different between the 2006-2007 coupe, exact same car exact same options package.

That supercharger kit you listed was for the NON-revup motor, the 2005-2007 equipped with the 6MT transmission has the revup motor so you will need to buy the correct kit.

Basically the manufacturers don't want to confuse people so they just don't list that the 2007 coupe is compatible, it is. Just buy parts for the 2006 6MT coupe.

@cleric670 Thank you for the info, I figured as much because I knew the 06 and 07 coupe models were virtually identical but here in California we have this big problem called the California Air Resource board (CARB) and for some reason, CARB approves many of the aftermarket parts (air intake assemblies.. etc..) for 03 through 06 coupes but does not approve these aftermarket parts for 07 coupes and I really do not understand why. If you search for an aftermarket air intake system from K&N for 07 coupes, the only item K&N offers is an air filter that fits in the OEM air filter box. If you have an aftermarket air intake on your 07 coupe that is CARB approved for 06 models, the smog check stations will fail your 07 car.

I emailed the CARB and asked them about they responded with:
"California approved aftermarket parts when certified are vehicle specific and the year, make, model, and engine size must match for a California Certified Vehicle. You need to find an aftermarket part that is certified for your specific year model vehicle, that is California approved, and that has an Executive Order number which is designated by D-xxx-xxx for your specific year model vehicle. We cannot assist you in locating a product for the vehicle.Aftermarket manufacturers decide which vehicles they make products for and you will need to discuss with them directly to determine their reasons for not making one for a specific vehicle or to include your vehicle in an EO. Due to this, there is not always an aftermarket option available for installation. If there is not an aftermarket part available for installation you would have to put on the OEM part for the vehicle."
