I"M New
Forced Induction, weather thats turbo or supercharged thats the only 2 options to get 400+ will full bolt ons I mean FULL bolt ons and a tune you might make 310whp and thats a big MIGHT plus the money you will spend on full bolt on its gonna be damn near the same price as forced Induction set up. Keep it around 410-430 whp with stock internals tho if not you gonna break something and have to build a new motor.

Only way you'll gain power from doing internals, is by upgrading the cams and/or raising compression. If you have no plans to boost her, a bump in compression will net you some decent gains, from what I've read. I'll have to build my motor soon due to high mileage, so boost or no boost is a big decision I'll have to make as well. Not sure power range N/A with forged internals, cams and upped compression though.

Still being broken in then. Lol! I've got a little over 200k on my 05 sedan, and have read MANY others deep into the 200's and even higher. These VQ's are great motors and sound dead sexy when the exhaust is opened up.

Your best bet would be to contact Z1 Motorsports, or track down a reputable local shop that knows the VQ motors. That way you can get good numbers and direction. I'm still researching prices and options as well. Make sure to post what you find though. I'm interested in hearing what you come up with.
Hard enough to just buy an g37 instead of going through the pain of swapping the 3.7 hr motor and having it run correctly

Interesting. The number I see consistently in the Forum is 450 WHP. I think I would want to have a margin of safety and would stick with the 450 if I were doing this. Which I am not. So float your boat as you see fit!
