Hello everyone, I have g35 sedan 2007. So I installed a android stick to my stereo and as a part of safety feature the screen turn off when I remove the brake the screen turns off.
Now I have seen some videos so I open up stereo cut off the sensor wire and one gray wire next to it I ground it as shown in video.
Now video plays all perfect everything is fine just the whole pannle lights are off.
My tail and parking lights are working fine just the pannle lights are gone cannot see anything at night even the steering which are supposed to turn on with parking are gone. I have checked all the fuse seems to be all working.
Just looking if someone can help.
Will taking off battery wires for sometime will help?
Or if anyone have the same issue and they can help.
Many thanks

Ok that video specifically says to de-pin and CAP (just wrap with electrical tape) the grey wire, cut and GROUND the blue wire.
In your description you said you grounded out the grey wire. That's probably the issue.

I am thinking the icu reset or taking off the batter wire for few hours might help?
Or maybe if you know how to fix this fault.
Ok if you don't have lights on then you either popped the fuse or cut the power wire. Nothing that an ECM reset is going to fix (that just resets fuel trim, that's it).
