Drivers side low beam light

I have changed bulb, fuse and balast, still not working. Any ideas?

Usually I just swap components back and forth from the side that's working to the side that's not working to troubleshoot components.

If you've got power to the ballast the only thing you've left off is the ignitor and wire between the ballast and bulb.
