As long as they're hubcentric bolt on spacers it will be fine.

Make sure to torque them, same torque as the wheel lug nuts, 80 ft/lbs.

To keep the rotor from turning stick a screwdriver in the vent slot of the rotor and wedge it up against the brake caliper like this picture.
