Installed Motorydyne 5"16 Spacer, now ??

So i installed the spacer, but i have this and the other side popping up, (where the nuts go) , is this fine?

You were supposed to remove that guide pin/stud from the lower plenum because one of the bolts goes there.

Any idea which bolts i put there? It doesn't indicate it in the manual and videos aren't helpful neither, thanks! Also which bolts would need washers?

I’m far from an expert but I installed a Z1 plenum spacer and there directions don’t use those two holes.
They say you can remove the studs or leave them.
I have no leaks.
Does yours leak air?
