I was driving on the freeway and somehow the belt tensioner for on the A/C compressor belt fell out of the car. Found the belt making a horrible noise as it ran over the bolt that had stayed in (so somehow the pulley slipped right off the bolt). I ordered a replacement and got a nut to fit over it all, but when I went to install it I found way too little clearance between the pulley and the bracket. After watching some videos, I realized I'm missing several spacers or brackets/dust shields. I can't find anything on Z1 or Rockauto that looks right. Where do I find these or replacements, and what would work as replacements? Would some washers do? If so, what should I look for? What I have left
Pick-n-pull will be your best bet, that same tensioner was used on basically every Nissan from 1994 to 2015 so you will be able to source a replacement pretty easily.
I think it was also used on the same years of Toyota so don't be afraid to dig into some Yodas if you are having trouble locating salvage Nissans.
