Pull and inspect your plugs, or if you don't know how many miles are on them just replace with OEM plugs.

Oddly enough, i changed the spark plugs a week ago, so they're new, and theres no misfiring, just 2 codes, P1614 AND P1615

Those two codes are typically related to the car not recognizing your key, if you have a second key I would start using that one instead because the RFID chip inside your key you are using is likely dying.

At least it has given you a short warning that something is wrong, normally it just has a heart attack and dies suddenly and you're stuck spending hundreds calling a locksmith to cut and program a new key for you.

So i got the new key, and it did the same exact thing, i went to autozome today and had my battery tested, they said it was at 0% when i got there, so they charged it up and when i put it back in the car, it cranked up normally and no codes, im so confused at this point

Computers do weird things when they don't have enough power supplied to them.
