I got in a car accident,do you guys think this is totaled?

Car's book value is not enough. Insurance it going to total that out. You could buy it back for salvage value, but then you'd have a salvage title, and a hell of a lot of work ahead of you.

I'd lick your wounds and move on. Sorry for your loss.

Yep, insurance company will consider that totaled. Just pulling numbers out of my butt but you're probably looking at $2500 in parts, $1500 in paint, and at least another $2000 in labor. Insurance will probably declare the value of the vehicle to be around $4000.
